Quality control at IYRS WIGS begins with the product specification. Before production, we review the requested hair texture, length, density, lace size, cap construction, color and order quantity. Because human hair products can vary by style and specification, inspection is carried out at several stages rather than only after the wig is finished.
Hair, Lace and Component Checks
Materials are reviewed against the product requirements before assembly. The team checks the visible condition and consistency of the human hair, the selected lace type and the cap components used for the style. HD lace, transparent lace, 5x5 closures and 13x4 frontals are matched to the relevant product specification.
Checks During Wig Production
- Texture and color: The hair is compared with the intended straight, wave, curly or colored finish.
- Length and density: The finished appearance is reviewed against the selected product options.
- Lace and cap construction: Lace size, cap structure and overall assembly are checked for the ordered design.
- Hairline and finish: Pre-plucked or glueless details are reviewed when they are included in the product specification.
- Basic handling: The team checks the wig for visible construction issues, loose areas and overall presentation.
Final Inspection Before Packing
Before packing, the finished product is compared with the order details. The team reviews the style, selected options, appearance and quantity. Packaging and private label requirements are also checked when they are part of an approved wholesale order.
If a product does not match the confirmed specification, it is held for review or correction before shipment. This process helps reduce avoidable order errors and gives retail and wholesale customers clearer product consistency.
